Common questions

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free needs no card: sign in and you are on the free tier straight away. You only pay if you choose Plus or Pro.
How does billing work?
Plus (₹199/month) and Pro (₹399/month) are monthly subscriptions in Indian rupees, processed by Razorpay. You pay when you subscribe, then the same amount renews automatically each month until you cancel. Your new limits apply within seconds of payment.
Can I pay by UPI or card?
Yes. Razorpay's checkout accepts UPI (with an AutoPay mandate for the monthly renewal) and debit and credit cards. Which methods you see depends on your bank and on Razorpay.
Do prices include GST?
Prices include applicable taxes. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in your dashboard and cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, then your account moves back to Free. You are not charged again.
Can I get a refund?
We don't refund part-used months: when you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period instead. If you were charged twice or charged in error, email hello@dalalos.in and we refund it within 7 days. The full policy is at https://dalalos.in/refund.
What happens if I move from Plus to Pro?
Pro starts as soon as you pay for it, and your Plus subscription ends at the same moment. The unused part of the Plus month is not prorated or refunded.
What counts against my monthly credits?
Each MCP tool call (or REST request on Pro) draws from your monthly credit allowance. Your exact usage and remaining balance are always shown on your dashboard once you're signed in.
What happens when I hit the limit?
Your AI's DalalOS tools pause until your credits reset on the 1st of next month, and your assistant tells you so. We email you when you've used 80% of your monthly credits and again at 100%. Upgrading takes effect within a minute, and you don't need to reconnect your AI.
