Promoter holding above 50% with no pledging
Promoters hold more than half the equity and none of it is pledged.
Promoter holding is the share of a company's equity held by its promoters, taken from the latest filed shareholding pattern. Pledged shares are the part of that holding put up as security for loans. This screen selects companies where promoters hold more than 50% and the pledged share is exactly zero.
Both numbers come straight from the quarterly shareholding disclosure; nothing is estimated. They are filed once a quarter, so the screen changes only when companies file a new pattern.

Screen criteria
A company appears only when it meets every condition below. The figures are raw disclosed numbers or mechanically computed ratios; the definitions follow the ratio reference.
| Condition | Threshold | How it is measured |
|---|---|---|
| Promoter holding | above 50% | Promoter shareholding from the latest filed pattern, in percentage points. |
| Promoter shares pledged | equal to 0% | Share of promoter holding pledged, as filed. |
How to read this table
- Promoter holding drives the ordering, highest first; the pledged percentage is shown as a second column.
- Holding above 50% is a statement about ownership concentration, not about how the business is run.
- Pledge status can change between filings. Treat the table as a snapshot of the last filing for each company.
