Promoter holding rising with no pledging
Promoter holding up versus the previous quarter and no promoter shares pledged.
This screen compares the last two quarterly shareholding patterns. It selects companies where promoter holding increased and where none of the promoter shares are pledged as security for loans.
Both conditions come directly from the filed pattern. A rise can result from open-market purchases, preferential allotments or a reduction in the number of shares outstanding, which the pattern alone does not distinguish.

Screen criteria
A company appears only when it meets every condition below. The figures are raw disclosed numbers or mechanically computed ratios; the definitions follow the ratio reference.
| Condition | Threshold | How it is measured |
|---|---|---|
| Change in promoter holding | above 0 points | Difference between the latest two shareholding filings, in percentage points. |
| Promoter shares pledged | equal to 0% | Share of promoter holding pledged, as filed. |
How to read this table
- The change column is in percentage points and the table is ordered by it, largest first; the pledged column should read zero throughout.
- A very small increase is still an increase, so look at the size of the change before drawing conclusions.
- Compare with the promoter-above-50 screen to separate companies by how much promoters hold in total.
