Market-wide corporate announcements by category

get_announcement_bucket — Market-wide disclosures by category. This tool can queue filing extraction or prefetch processing and use the caller's on-demand quota. It does not place market orders or modify brokerage data.

Browse recent exchange announcements grouped by a known disclosure bucket.

PARAMETERS

get_announcement_bucket parameters

RESPONSE DATA

events — company identifiers, filed_at, headline, category, source attachment, and news_id (usable with get_filing_extract).
truncated, total_scanned — rows are capped at 200.

NOTES

An unrecognized bucket id returns bad_request with the list of valid ids.
This capability can queue filing extraction or background prefetch and consume the caller's on-demand quota.
