P/E below 15 with ROCE above 20%

Trailing P/E under 15, return on capital employed over 20%, market cap above ₹500 crore.

This screen lists companies whose price is under 15 times trailing-twelve-month earnings while they earned more than 20% on the capital employed in the business. The two conditions measure different things: P/E relates the share price to earnings, and ROCE relates operating profit to the debt and equity funding the business.

A market-cap floor of ₹500 crore removes the smallest listings. Companies with losses have no usable P/E and so cannot match.

Screen criteria

A company appears only when it meets every condition below. The figures are raw disclosed numbers or mechanically computed ratios; the definitions follow the ratio reference.

How to read this table

  • The table is sorted by P/E from lowest to highest, which is an ordering by one number and not a ranking of companies.
  • ROCE here is TTM EBIT over average capital employed, so a company with unusually low capital can show a high figure; read it next to the debt and equity columns.
  • Both figures use the latest published filings, so a company that has just reported can move in or out between visits.
